1. Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and email address, when you create an account or make a booking.
• Booking details: the car you choose, the handover and return dates and times, and the handover and return locations.
• Identity documents: national ID card and driving licence — or passport and international driving permit for non-Iranian applicants — required to draw up the rental contract.
• Your messages: whatever you send us through the contact or support form.

2. Payment Information

Payment takes place on the payment gateway's page, not on this website. Your card number and PIN are not given to Darya Rent and are not stored on our systems; what we receive is the result of the transaction.

3. Cookies

Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. If you disable cookies in your browser, signing in to an account will not be possible.

4. How the Information Is Used

The information above is used to register and track a booking, draw up the rental contract, contact you about that booking, and handle support requests.

5. Access, Correction and Deletion

You can view and edit your account details from the profile section. To delete your account or request deletion of your data, use the Contact page.
