You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before handover with no deduction; in that case the full amount paid is returned.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before handover, 10% of the amount paid is deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining 90% is returned.
If you do not arrive at the appointed handover time and have not cancelled the booking, the same late-cancellation terms apply.
If for any reason we cannot deliver the booked car or a car of the same class, the full amount paid is returned with no deduction.
Refunds are made by the same method used for payment. The time for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank or payment gateway.
The security cheque is not part of the rental amount. It is returned to you unchanged after the car is brought back and the account is settled in full.
