When you complete a booking, a rental contract is formed between you and Darya Rent, governed by the terms below. These terms are part of the contract.
The rental period begins at the date and time of handover and ends at the date and time the car is returned. A late return, after a one-hour grace period, is charged by the hour at one twenty-fourth of the daily rate.
Each rental day includes 200 kilometres. Distance beyond that is charged at the car's extra-kilometre rate and collected at final settlement.
Leaving the city is permitted with prior notice, at a charge of 12,000 Toman per kilometre.
To take delivery of the car, an Iranian applicant must present a national ID card, a valid driving licence, a phone number and a bank card in their own name. A non-Iranian applicant must present a passport, an international driving permit and a flight ticket.
At handover, a security cheque for the value of the car is taken, and it is returned to you unchanged once the car is brought back and the account is settled in full.
The daily rate decreases as the rental period grows longer:
Cancelling more than 24 hours before handover is free of charge. After that, 10% of the amount paid is deducted. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
Every car is delivered with third-party insurance. Optional cover can be selected at booking, and its cost is shown separately on the invoice.
The car is entrusted only to the driver named in the contract. Traffic fines incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
